What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

We kindly ask that you provide as much advance notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments that are missed without notice will incur a $25 no-show fee. This fee is paid directly to your Massage Therapist to compensate them for their reserved time, as therapists are not otherwise paid for missed appointments.

Can I Use My Gift Certificate for a Different Service?

Yes. Gift certificates may be used toward any service of equal or lesser value. If the service you choose costs more than the value of your gift certificate, you are welcome to pay the difference at the time of your appointment.

What Is Your Return Policy?

All gift certificates and retail products are final sale and non-returnable.

Must I Be Completely Undressed?

Not at all. We encourage you to undress only to your personal comfort level. While many massage techniques are traditionally performed with the client unclothed, you are always in control of what you wear. You will be professionally draped throughout the entire session to ensure privacy, comfort, and relaxation.

Will I Be Covered During the Session?

Yes. You will be properly draped at all times. Only the area being worked on will be uncovered, ensuring your warmth, comfort, and dignity throughout your session.

What Will the Massage or Bodywork Feel Like?

Massage is designed to relax the nervous system while easing muscle tension. Sessions often begin with slow, flowing strokes to promote relaxation and may gradually increase in pressure to address specific areas of concern. We use high-quality oils or lotions to allow smooth movement and nourish the skin.

Communication is key—please let your therapist know if anything feels uncomfortable so adjustments can be made.

Please note: Some therapists specialize in advanced or alternative techniques that involve deeper pressure, stretching, or focused trigger-point work. These methods may feel more intense but are highly effective for therapeutic relief and long-term well-being.

What Should I Do During My Session?

Simply relax and make yourself comfortable. Your practitioner may guide you with positioning or check in about pressure preferences. Many clients enjoy closing their eyes and resting, but you are always welcome to speak up. If you have questions about your session or the technique being used, feel free to ask at any time.

Do You Accept Insurance?

We do not accept insurance. However, we gladly accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for eligible services.

 

What Is Your Gift Card Policy?

Gift cards are treated like cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. They are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or check. Please bring your gift card to your appointment; otherwise, an alternate form of payment will be required.
