Client Rights: You are encouraged to contribute to the direction of your session. Please do not be afraid to speak up about areas you would like to have more, or less attention, or anything that would help you be more comfortable. Your input will always be accepted and appreciated.

The safety and comfort of both therapist and client are especially important. Either can terminate the session at any time if uncomfortable for any reason.

Sexual Misconduct: The massage we practice is therapeutic and is strictly non-sexual/sensual. Inappropriate verbal or nonverbal sexual behavior will result in the termination of the session, will be reported to the local police, and will be charged in full for the session.

Intoxicant Policy: Alcohol and drugs can significantly reduce the benefits of massage and may even cause harm. Therefore, if you come to a session under the influence, we may refuse to offer service, and you will be charged for the session.

Cancellation Policy: 

Please give as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.

Failing to show up to an appointment without giving us notice will result in a no-show charge of 50% the cost of the service that had been missed. 

 Late cancellations less than 2 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service missed.

Late Policy: if you are late to a session, we will do our best to accommodate and fit in a full session. However, scheduling of other clients does not always allow this, and you will still be charged for the full session.

Gift Certificates:

Are non-refundable

Packages can be shared

Must be present at time of checkout or you must pay by other means

We do not accept or verify lost gift cards

We do not honor or accept double discounts

Merchandise Returns: All sales final- No returns or credits
